Return & Refund Policy

At VINTAGE MOTORSPORTS, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our return policy below for a smooth experience.

⚠️ Important: Your return eligibility depends on when your order was placed. Orders placed before March 12, 2026 are subject to our original return policy. Orders placed on or after March 12, 2026 are subject to our updated return policy.

1. Orders Placed Before March 12, 2026

Only items that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for return. You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. If an item is clearly damaged or faulty, photo or video evidence is required in place of a physical return.

Returns for reasons such as a change of mind will not be accepted. Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned. Because our jackets are custom-made, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning their item(s).

2. Orders Placed On or After March 12, 2026

All items are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. If an item arrives clearly damaged or faulty, photo or video evidence is required in place of a physical return.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including the cost of shipping items back to us. Return shipping is non-refundable.

3. General Terms

⚠️ Embroidered Jackets: Loose threads are common in embroidered products and do not qualify as a defect. These minor imperfections are part of the normal finishing process and do not affect the quality, durability, or wearability of the jacket.

If you received any free items with your order and choose to return your order, those free items must also be returned in new, undamaged condition. If the free item is damaged, you will be charged for it. If you choose to keep the free item, its value will be deducted from your total refund amount.

4. Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. EU Customer Return Rights

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers located in the European Union are entitled to return their order within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition. For orders placed before March 12, 2026, a 10% restocking fee applies. For orders placed on or after March 12, 2026, a 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

All international orders may ship from our U.S. or partner warehouse in Hong Kong. All returns must be shipped to the United States, and customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs.
