2. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

All products sold on this website are independently designed, fan-made merchandise inspired by the culture and history of motorsport. They are not official team merchandise, licensed products, or authorised reproductions.

We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colour or detail of the product. Slight variations in colour, sizing, and appearance may occur. All product images are for illustrative purposes.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

In plain terms: Our jackets are original designs made by fans of motorsport. We reference team names and brands only to describe what inspired the design. We do not manufacture, sell, or claim to sell official merchandise from any racing team or automotive manufacturer.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY COMPLAINTS & TAKEDOWN REQUESTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content or product on this website infringes upon your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please submit a written notice to our designated agent.

Your notice should include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed, (2) identification of the specific material on our site that you believe is infringing with enough detail for us to locate it, (3) your full name, address, telephone number, and email address, (4) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law, (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the currency applicable to your selected region and include any applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address provided at the time the order was placed.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card or payment details.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning their item(s). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned. Because our jackets are custom-made, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vintage Motorsports Co., its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service, (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service, (iii) any content obtained from the Service, or (iv) unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the use of this website or any product purchased from us exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
